Terms and conditions.

Bookings and confirmation

• A booking becomes binding once paid or confirmed by the studio.
• An unpaid booking is held for a limited time and then released automatically.
• Prices are in CZK including VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Minimum booking length and opening hours are shown for each space.

Payments

• Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive your card details.
• Business customers may pay by bank transfer against an invoice with 14-day terms.
• Tax documents are issued electronically to the e-mail given in the order.

Membership

• Membership is billed monthly in advance and includes an hour credit per tier.
• Unused hours do not roll over unless the tier says otherwise.
• Membership can be cancelled at any time effective at the end of the paid period; entry codes expire with it.
• Tier changes take effect from the next billing period.

Cancellation and no-shows

• More than 48 hours before the start: full refund.
• 24–48 hours before: 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours before, or a no-show: no refund.
• One free reschedule is available if requested more than 48 hours in advance.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. For services provided at a specified date (a studio booking) this right does not arise under Section 1837 of the Czech Civil Code, or lapses once performance starts with your consent. Unused membership periods follow the cancellation rules above.

Complaints and dispute resolution

Send complaints to hello@krs.studio; we handle them within 30 days. Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority at adr.coi.cz.

Liability and age

• Services are for people aged 15 and over; younger visitors only with a legal guardian.
• The person who books is liable for damage caused to equipment.
• We are not liable for lost data, recordings or belongings left on the premises.

Governing law

The contract is governed by Czech law, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll. (Civil Code) and Act No. 634/1992 Coll. on Consumer Protection.
