What Dot does

• Answers questions about spaces, equipment and pricing.
• Looks up free slots based on real calendar availability.
• Prepares and creates a booking that you then confirm and pay for.
• Does not set prices or discounts and does not refuse customers.

Data it processes

The text of your conversation, the space and time slot you discuss, and — if you are signed in — the membership details needed for the booking. Conversations are kept for 90 days for operational and security reasons. Text is processed by Google Gemini through Lovable AI; transfers outside the EU are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.

Logic and consequences

Dot applies availability rules (opening hours, booking length, occupancy, membership tiers). The output is a suggested slot — not a decision with legal or similarly significant effect. Results can be inaccurate; only a booking confirmed by the system is binding.

Avoiding AI and human review

You can always complete a booking through the standard form without the assistant. Write to hello@krs.studio or call +420 734 159 002 and a person will handle it. You can request human review of any outcome the same way.

Content labelling

Assistant-generated content is always shown in the Dot panel and labelled with its name. The model is used as a general-purpose language model and is not trained on your data.
